“I Got a Guy” Referral Program

Official Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Champion “I Got a Guy” referral program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms. Champion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, with or without notice.

The Offer

Referrer reward. When a person you refer becomes a new customer and completes and pays for their first qualifying recurring service, you will receive a $50 Amazon.com e-gift card.

Referred-customer discount. The person you refer will receive $50 off their initial service. A first service normally priced at $199 becomes $149 when referred.

No referral limit. There is no cap on the number of friends or neighbors you may refer.

How a Referral Qualifies

A referral is eligible for the referrer reward only when all of the following are met:

The referred person is a new customer who has not previously held an account with Champion and is not a current customer.

The referred person signs up for a qualifying recurring service.

The referred person completes and pays in full for their first service.

The referral was submitted through the official Program form before the referred person’s first contact or sign-up with Champion.

The referred person resides within Champion’s OKC or Tulsa metro service areas or surrounding service zones.

Reward Fulfillment

Timing. The $50 Amazon.com e-gift card will be emailed to the referring customer within thirty (30) days after the referred customer’s first paid service is completed.

Delivery. Rewards are delivered electronically to the email address provided on the referral form. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, current email address.

Value. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or combined with the referred-customer discount on your own account.

Eligibility & Exclusions

The following do not qualify for a referrer reward:

Self-referrals and referrals of individuals residing in the same household as the referrer.

Referrals of existing or former Champion customers.

Referrals submitted after the referred person has already contacted Champion or signed up for service.

Duplicate referrals of the same individual; the first valid referral received will be honored.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person’s permission to share their name and contact information with Champion for the purpose of this Program.

Discounts & Combinability

The $50 new-customer discount applies to the initial service only and cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions. Standard service pricing applies to all subsequent services.

Taxes

Where applicable, any tax reporting or tax liability arising from rewards received under the Program is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Champion may request information necessary to comply with tax-reporting obligations.

Program Changes & Termination

Champion reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral, to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes was submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Terms, and to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals that have not yet met all qualifying conditions at the time the Program ends or changes may not be honored.

General

The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Champion’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Program are final and binding.

Definitions

Referrer: The existing customer or individual who submits a referral through the official Program form.

Referred customer: The new individual whose name and contact information are submitted through the Program.

Qualifying recurring service: An ongoing, recurring pest or lawn service plan offered by Champion, as opposed to a one-time service.

First paid service: The referred customer’s initial service that has been both completed and paid for in full.
